Many are the logistical transitions needed when moving to a new city, country, and culture. Transportation is one of those logistical transitions. New airlines and airline systems have all been part of our learning curve. Here in Spain it was a pleasant surprise to know that you could bring liquids through airport security and you do not have to take-off your shoes. I wonder how such regulatory decisions are made at the government level in countries around the world, and how international leaders collaborate around these types of logistics.
